This thoracic surgery assignment offers flexible 3-4 day workweeks with a strong focus on minimally invasive and robotic procedures. No call responsibilities allow for predictable time away from work.

Practice & Cases

• First assist in the operating room
• Inpatient responsibilities including rounding, admissions, and discharges
• Office-based patient consultations
• Thoracic surgery focused on minimally invasive foregut and lung procedures

Schedule

• 3-4 days per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to choose workdays
• No call responsibilities expected

Requirements

• Must be a Physician Assistant
• Active Connecticut license required
• Thoracic surgery experience required
• Robotic surgery experience required
